Hanging your New Frame

You may be wondering how to actually go about hanging your new piece of wall art, so we have put together a how-to guide and tips to help you!

Small Frames with a Single Square Bracket:

  1. Measure down to the bottom jaw from the top of the product, and in to the centre of the jaw from the closest side.
  2. Measure down the wall from where you want the top centre of your frame to be, then mark the wall and install your desired wall fixing (which varies depending on your wall) such as a nail, picture hanging hook, rawl plug and screw etc. Then hang your product.

Large Frames with Two Square Brackets:

  1. Measure the distance between the centre of each sawtooth bracket and make a note of the value.
  2. Measure down to the bottom of a jaw from the top of the product, and in to the centre of the jaw from the closest side. Measure down the wall from where you want the top centre of your frame to be and mark the wall.
  3. Using a spirit level, measure half of your above noted measurement to the left of your centre mark, and mark the wall, then half the distance to the right and mark. Check the distance between the marks is correct, then install your desired wall fixings.

SAFEFY

  • Keep the artwork out of the way when measuring and drilling to avoid accidental damage to the product.
  • Make sure the wall can support what is being hung on it.
  • In principle, these instructions can be used to hang any size and weight of artwork, but make sure your fixings are strong enough to take the weight.
  • Take care when drilling or hammering into the wall and always wear eye protection. There may be electrical wires or plumbing in the wall that could cause damage to the structure, personal injury or death.

Frame Care:

DO NOT use ammonia based cleaning products

DO NOT use paper towels

DO use a soft, lint free cloth and gently polish

DO use dust air blowers or air can sprays
